Do You Need an Attorney?
If your social security disability benefits were denied or terminated, you can hire an attorney to represent you in your appeal. Be careful not to miss the 10-day or 60-day deadline to appeal while you are looking for an attorney. 

 

If an attorney takes your case, the attorney will receive their fees from the benefits that you receive when you win.  If you do not win the appeal, you will not owe the attorney any fees.
